Westminster Ponds - Perth Pavilion

The concept for the Perth Pavilion redesign of Reforest London will focus on the significance of the Indigenous land heritage history, and incorporating the history throughout sections of the building. The overall design will incorporate biophilic elements as well as a design that promotes their brand and fits into the overall site location of Reforest London. WELL v2 and LEED v4 will be highly integrated into each aspect of the design which will be seen with the use of custom planter boxes which will be used throughout the open concept offices and the ample natural light that will be utilized through the open concept design and several windows.
The use of biophilia, natural lighting, strong community ties, sustainable and environmentally friendly materials will allow employees and the community members to enjoy their workspace and have several spaces that can be easily arranged and flexible to accommodate varying needs. With the use of flexible design alternatives within the classroom space, hands-on learning experiences can be incorporated into the classroom setting. The nature-inspired interior will give the illusion of the outdoors being inside, strengthening the connection of the land and Reforest London brand identity.
